Hey! I'm Amber

Lightline Performance started from a simple question: what does it look like to move through life in a way that actually feels aligned?
My work lives at that intersection, where performance meets awareness.
I began my career in the nonprofit and education space, supporting students through organizations like Girls on the Run and College Possible. That work showed me early on that people don’t just need strategies, they need support in understanding themselves, building confidence, and learning how to trust their direction.
Since then, my path has expanded into sport and performance psychology. With a foundation in Health Science, Education, and Wellness, and a master’s degree from the University of Denver, I now work with athletes, performers, and high-achieving individuals navigating pressure, identity, and growth.
My approach blends mental performance training with mindfulness, movement, and nervous system awareness. As a 500-hour trained yoga teacher and Yoga for First Responders instructor, I integrate breathwork and body-based practices to support regulation, recovery, and presence. I also work as a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC), allowing me to support both performance and mental health in a holistic, grounded way.
At its core, Lightline Performance is built on the idea that you already carry a sense of direction within you. This work is about learning how to reconnect with it, and building the awareness and trust to follow it with clarity and intention.
You don’t have to figure that out alone.
